Established in 2014, The Darling Beast is a creative Kurdish brand that constructs visuals which explore the hybrid intersections of time, identity, feminism, resistance and cultural surrealism.

We often collaborate with other female creatives in the diaspora and Kurdistan.

The Darling Beast studios and creative internship programs launched in 2020 until 2022 in Erbil.

All creative pieces are Multi Media collages that have been created using personal and National archives, freehand illustration, digitised textiles, and photography.

Raz Xaidan is the creative behind the brand.
